Consultation

The purpose of this is to identify your personal needs and aspirations, establish what benefits would result from you using our services, and give you the opportunity to appoint us.

The consultation will be provided free of charge and without obligation.

Identify your needs 

To best serve you, we need to know what you want and need. We work very closely with prospective employees to ensure that we understand their needs and offer a tailored service managing the whole process for you and keeping you fully informed along the way. 
We provide advice on your entire career plan or more focused in relation to particular issues you feel require attention in getting the right job for you!  Either way, we will provide comprehensive advice based on a review of your current employment status and circumstances.

Any or all of the following issues could form part of our review service and we would agree this at the initial consultation.

Research

Using the information from the initial consultation, we will then carry out appropriate research on careers to enable us to identify the most suitable role for you in line with your salary and remuneration aspirations.

Report with Recommendations

We will present back to you our report detailing the results or our research and personal recommendations, seeking your authority to present your details for a particular role that fits your profile requirements.

Implementation

We manage the whole recruitment process for you.  This process only begins once we have your agreement on the arrangements to be put in place. This involves arranging the interview, pre interview preparation to ensure that you are fully informed of their organisation, their working culture, business ethos and the team within which the role is based.

We act as the conduit along the way, avoiding the unfortunate practices adopted by many other recruitment agencies that simply blanket bomb your CV, inform you of the opportunity and provide no feedback whatsoever.   Our Consultants have many years of hands on experience working within the Specialist Employment Sectors of  Financial, Legal and Property Services.

On-going services

An ongoing relationship with our customers is integral to our business, as we believe that it adds significant value and satisfaction all around. To candidates we are able to offer short, mid and long term temporary or permanent positions to candidates.

Through regular reviews, with our client’s and prospective candidates we develop our planning strategies over time to take into account your changing circumstances and aspirations.  

We use a real time CRM system that automates the process in searching for candidates that speeds up the whole process of placement, once the profile of both candidate and client are established.  These savings in time and cost are passed on to our candidates' ensuring competitive rates of pay as we do not have the large overheads of those of larger employment agencies.
